Hi, I am thinking of buying the full bundel from DAZ with the 10-11 breeds but I was wondering... are there tips or tutorials for dialing additional breeds from this package? Weimeraners? smaller dogs like Bassets and Duschuhunds? --pardon my mispellings please-- Thanks!!!

I too have the same questions but from all I've seen, it doesn't appear to be easy to make additional breeds. I have a dalmation, basset hound, dachshund, part basset part dachshund, chihuahua and part rat terrier part border collie. I've pretty much given up hope of getting any of them into a Poser scene!

the dogs on PlanIt3D is for the Poser 3 dog. But since it's some of Lyne's creations, they're as good (if not better) as the Mill. dog :o) And free...

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Disappointing. I was hoping this thread would be about some new developments with the MilDog. Lyne has said a number of times that the MilDog mesh is highly resistant to morphing and as of the last message I saw, she had given up on it. Not to put words in mouths, but that's what I remember. My own experience was that it was wasted money, a hunk of it (I bought the whole package and regretted it within hours). I spent more than an hour trying to morph the tongue so it would hang naturally out the side of the mouth (why would anyone need THAT?), worked through some poses, ran some renders, and was not pleased. The "dogs" are not anatomically accurate, they don't move correctly, and some breeds are misconfigured. The "fluffy" dogs (the so-called "wolf" for example) are a joke. They look like plastic action figures. The dog was bad enough that I refused to buy the horse, and from what I've read here and elsewhere, that had some problems that aren't getting fixed too. Save your money, or buy this week's hot property, David, by all accounts a winner. Lest anyone think I should be grateful to have any dog a'tall, and I should be amazed and filled with wonder that they got it mostly right, I'll just say, that if I can't climb a mountain, I won't sell people tickets to watch me go halfway.
