Subject: Vue purchased plants and Vue 4 Pro

I just installed extra vegetation purchased from Vue site. Since then every time I want to load vegetation to my Vue4 Pro projects the program crashes. Is there a way to fix that?

I am pretty sure you have to unistall them, then put them in again with your serial numbers, it should ask for them. Did you get them when you got your plants? Sharen

Um. Actually, the vegetation you should have installed into VuePro are already with you, on the resources CD. You still have to purchase the species from E-on, to get the registration number for that species, but the actual file came with VuePro. The plants have had some work done to them regarding the wind dynamics effects, and the Vue4 plants don't work in Pro. You should be able to go into the vegetation folder and delete out =all= the files that reference the new species, and things should work again. Install the plants on the Pro CD's, register them with the numbers you got for the purchased plants, and you should be fine.

I purchased the plants when I was using Vue 3, so it means I have to use the ones in Vue Pro CD. Thanks
