Subject: Help please with rude service.

Is there any moderator here that can help me? I am getting completly rude service from the Renderosity Store page. I am trying to upload an item for my first product into the store. I uploaded it on the 5th. It is now the 16th and it has not been tested yet. On the 7th day after uploading I contacted the store and asked if it were ready. I got a rude reply "No its not all set now. We dont allow any child nudity at all in the Market Place." There was NO child nudity in any of the samples. I had purple dots covering the private areas. I edited it to make the dots bigger and asked if thay was suffeciant. I got no reply. Two days later I sent another E-Mail and got the reply "The nudity problem is not fixed. Image 3 is not acceptable in the MarketPlace. The little pink dots arent enough." I have seen other preteen models in the store. Many have nothing but little stars or leaves over the private areas. Some just have their hands over the private areas. I do not understand why pink dots are unneceptable but leaves and stars that are smaller then my pink dots are. Yesterday morning I sent an E-Mail to the renderosity store again and explained what I had in this letter. I also he mailed "Debbie" I have gotten no reply from them.. my product is still sitting there (On monday I got rid of the dots and added regular clothes to the examples so it should be all set now) That is my complaint. Can a moderatore please help me. YOu see I have been trying to upload an item into the store for a long time. I fallow the directions to the letter, I even go word by word of the other readmes from items I bought (Aside from my own files, etc). THen I will be told I am missing something. When I add it (even though it did not state it in the instructions or other readmes), I wait 5 - 7 more days for someone else to tell me that something else is missing. ?!!? Now that I have the readme all set (Having some people proof read it) They are giving problems about the actual item that are well within the the TOS rules, and ignoring my pleads for help. :(

Hi Tebok, I'll get in touch with the store folks and see what's happening. Kev.

Online Now!

I could name you at least one other site where you'd get treated with more respect... Sigh.

HI- yes- getting a product ready can be a royal pain. many many ppl have problems with the often changing nudity standards here. I don't know what is in your product- but if it is poses I may have a solution for you. Use one of Tuesdays body textures like this one here: http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=21453 These may help you pass whatever this weeks rules say. Good luck

Hi Tebok, I'm sorry your having problems contacting Debbie M. Did you update your promotional images with the ones displaying leaves over the private areas? Let me know and I will be more than happy to jump in and assist you with this right away. Regards, Clint MarketPlace/E-Commerce Manager

Tebok, just to let you know, it usually takes between 7-10 days for a product to reviewed and tested. During that time, you will only receive a message if there is something wrong with your product. If you hear nothing, assume that it will be up for sale in the standard 7-10 days. I have read postings where it has taken 14, 21, and sometimes 25 days (that's over 3 weeks) for staff to test and approve a product. In the end, a "what's going on with my product" posting will help prod the admins to look into the matter.

Product testing takes a maximum of 7 days for new MarketPlace products and very rarely ever exceeds this time. Sometimes it may take a little longer if we have to obtain 3rd party products to test with but 99% of the time products are tested and released within 4-6 days. I have been in contact with Tebok and the problem has been resolved. Thanks for the IM Tebok. :) Clint
