Subject: How long does it take to get a SN# from EON for plants???

As stated above.....I've bought a few plants yesterday & still haven't rec'd a Serial#...is this normal??....Order status is at review.... I'm impatient :) TIA

They say it needs some working days to get the SN. Just be patient please:-) Guitta

It took almost a week for me to get my reg for mover.. kinda annoying when you download thinking that you'll have it right away (like every other software developer in the world), but hey no one is perfect right? don't worry you will get it. you can check at their web site with your purchase # they sent you in an e-mail.. they go throught like 5 steps before they sen the #. at least that way you can see where they are.





Hexagon, Carrara, Sculptris, and recently Sketchup.

I got them late today :)...I'm with you thomllama..I wanted to use them the day I dnld...but hey I LOVE VUE!!!! My fav proggie in my library. I'll just plan a little further in advance from now on when "wanting" things....;)
