"**Spring Fever**" spread like wild fire to ultimately include 253 awesome entries.

Now, the time has come for the community to feel the heat and vote on the HOTTEST contest of the year.

The stakes are high. One lucky winner will walk away with a $1,000 MarketPlace Gift Certificate.

Community Voting is now open through Wednesday, June 23, 2004 (11:59p.m. server time). So, VOTE NOW.
(1 vote per person.)

Schedule of Events:- June 16-23: Community voting.

  • June 24th: "Clone" (duplicate) voting check will be performed. (Seriously, only 1 vote per person.)
  • June 25th - 27th: "Top 10" images, by Community vote, will be judged by the Renderosity Admins and Moderators.
  • Monday, June 28, 2004: The winners will be announced!

the tribe has spoken... oops sorry, so many 'reality shows' on TV here that I'm getting confused... (sorry couldn't resist :+P) heads off to vote properly

Well I've just taken a look and am finding it hard to choose one to vote for...considering the theme (What springtime means to you), there are a lot of very clich images of spring fairies, women lounging amongst flowers, hedgehogs dancing with badgers in fields of buttercups etc....very few of the images seemed to reflect the artist's personal feelings about spring. When I've got more time, I'll look at 'em all and hopefully find one that fits the bill.

I agree with Rocka. There are many images with the similar themes (not that they arent good). However, I really enjoyed the personal images of spring that I saw from some artests who took the time and really stretched to find "what spring means to them". There is some great talent out there, I wish everyone luck! It is a fantastic prize! and I wish I could vote for more than one person :)
