Lovely David arrived, as we all do, in his birthday suit. Nice. Sometimes I do nude renders. I went over to Poserworld (even as David was still downloading), and wonder of wonders, there were some nice slacks and a vest for him. Used some P5 Materials and gave him a nice satin shirt and leather trousers. But you see, the problem folks, is that David went out to a Rave last night and now his clothes are at the dry cleaners and he's laying in the buff in the bed because.....well that's his only outfit. The poor boy doesn't even have underwear! And this is not the kind of guy who wears a business suit (also available at Poserworld). My David is a partier. He likes the fetish/cyber/fantasy clothes....and would dearly love to have some slick high heeled Rockstar boots too. Now the boy does have some cash for some threads for his empty closet, but so far, there seems to not be anything on the rack in his size. So, I'm appealing to you clothing makers, hoping you will consider making him some smashing clothes to wear. I'm sure none of us wants to see the boy just being a naked bum laying in bed all day when he could be out clubbing? Right????? I'd love to see more clothes for David, too. Preferably with some FBMs built in. Over at DAZ, someone was saying that it's pretty easy to make Steph Petite's boots fit Dave. Maybe that would do for high-heeled rockstar boots. :-)

Please, please everyone... Make stuff for David. He needs clothes, texture sets, character packs, etc. He is 100% better than M3 and he needs a little attention. The more support we show David, the better he will be and the longer he will stick around. I personally believe he is the best male figure that Daz has ever created!

That's why I've gotten into the habit of using whichever character has the clothing I want to use rather than work the other way around. I can't keep buying the same outfits for every single character. I'm not going to buy a new character unless that character has some attire that I need that either isn't available for another character or it's more cost affective to buy both.

David definately needs clothing. I'd like to see someone come up with something to convert M3 clothing to fit David. RDNA has some really good new clothing for M3 and I'd like to see those fit David too.

I started using Poser3 way back when because I wanted to use it to illustrate scenes from my Vampire Novel called Shadowclash: The Awakening (on sale on the Net). Most of the characters in that book are male. Once I got Poser4, I was able to make P4 Male look pretty much like my main character, but it took a heck of a long time to find hair that I needed (I love long haired guys). And I posted a few renders of my Vyper. But a few of the other characters had clothing pieces that just didn't exist. Then Michael came out and there was absolutely NO WAY I could get a version of Vyper's face on Michael. Believe me, I tried and gave up. Now comes David. I loaded him and he does take V3 morphs and I got his own pack and as I tinkered, I thought my self with excitment, I think I can get Vyper's face on this model! I might be able to make some of the other Shadowclash Characters, there's at least some hair now that I might be able to use for them. *sigh* The David character just needs clothes. So does the poor She-Freak! I love this character, but clothes for her have not been appearing either in freebies anywhere or for sale. Some decent armor and other fantasy clothing morphed for her would be great...she's really tired of the "Xena" look-alike thing!

You might try posting your request at PoserPros, if you haven't. Dodger (who made She-Freak) hangs out there now. He can't access Rosity, so he can't see the requests you post here.

I just bought that as well. I instant messaged him. He has his own character called Seth, and that's a competing product with David, so he was nice enough to give me links to tutorials on conversions, but I'm really hopeless at that. I have clothing converter, but can't get it to work well at all. I'm wishing there was a Conversion part at Renderosity where you could sumbit your purchases to someone who knows how to use the program and would do it for us morons who simply can't get it to work. I'd willingly pay a fee to someone versed in making that program or any other process work. Liz
