A thing that just occurred to me when I watched the animation: When people do talking animations using poser the head hardly moves, it would be better if the head turned to the side at times or if the character looked up or down. Another thing is the eyes should move a bit even just side to side a small amount for a few frames, it would help to make the speaking appear more realistic.

If you're using Poser's display modes rather than rendering with the Toon shader, try replacing her transmapped lashes with the fully-modeled Real Lashes by FishNose and OpticalSingenoid.

I'd say you should try the Toon Shaders, will give a crisper more consistant line. plus you can use tranparancies with them if you tinker hard enough

it could be anime..;) (One thing I never get about anime`..if it's animated..why do they try to move as little as possible?..;)

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

I don't know much about annimation and I'd certainly never try any (so I feel weird making comments) but... I think it's pretty easy to do some camera movement while the talking is going on. I think moving the camera in a slight orbit or zooming in or out is easy enough and adds something to the piece. I salute anyone who works with Poser and annimation! (and reading your posts over the last few years, I know annimation is your big interest in Poser)

Great :o)

Pakled, the reason why anime (and a lot of the cheap crap on Cartoon Network) moves so little is coz it must be cheap. More different frames = more money. If all you need is to draw 2 or 3 mouths and change that overlay, it is cheaper than a full animation. The technique is also used in most of the Hannah-Barbera series like Flintstones, Topcat and so on. They had to be done cheap and fast.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
