I have both the full versions of Spybot and AdAware Pro. Both are great at getting rid of ad and spyware, however for anti-browser hijack software the free "HijackThis" is amazing. Being more specialized,it finds alot more hijacking software than the other two. Just be careful when you use it,as it finds both good and bad browser software....but it gives you the choose of what to delete.

I seriously doubt it's Renderosity that's changing the home page. But... free stuff is hosted on all kinds of servers, with all kinds of "spyware" on it. An admin here may be running blocker-software and may not catch the spyware. Or the admins may have caught the spyware but haven't noticed it yet. But, you click on the item to go to that user's "free host" site and you catch the spyware. I had warned about "free hosts" before. The companies used to provide the free hosting because they were supported by banner and pop-up ads. But since so many people use pop-up blockers, there's no more revenue in those types of ads. What do the companies do? They make deals with "spyware" companies and give users this kind of offer: "We offer free hosting, provided you hijack the homepage setting of every one of your visitors." Many users stop reading the fine print after the words "free hosting".
