Subject: New contest. Make a caption and win a price!

Once again, I've made a picture where every attempt to come up with a funny caption failed miserably. So I'm asking YOU for help!

Post a (funny) caption to this picture (link above) and win! The one that makes me laugh the most will win an item of choise from my Rosity store! I MAY ask you for help if there are too many good ones (like last time L) but it's a very unfair contest GG

It'll run as long as entries still comes in (which is probably untill this thread is thoroughly buried here)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Oh, my bad. Okay will do. I think some of the confusion, at least for me in not knowing where to post stems from this comment you made: (which is probably untill this thread is thoroughly buried here) Leading me to think you wanted them posted to this thread. :O)

TrekkieGrrrl ( ) posted Wed, 30 June 2004 at 9:55 AM

Ah I see.. yes I can see now that it could be interpreted that way. What I meant was siply that threads get buried here, but pictures are buried even faster in the gallery. So whenever this thread is buried deep enough, noone will know of that little contest and I'll stop getting new comments (theoretically, that is. Sometimes OLD pictures suddenly get hits...) Keppe them coming, folks. There are a LOT of great ones. I have a favourite right now (no, I'm not gonna tell yet) but there's still the possibility that the next comment would be even funnier ;o) . . . . . . . . . . =/= . . . . . . . . . .

Gah!!! Ferengi -- they're like rats! And not nearly as cute!

thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)

TrekkieGrrrl ( ) posted Wed, 30 June 2004 at 3:40 PM

Well.. I dunno, Ynsaen G Considered that they were originally planned to be the number 1 villain in TNG, they're TOO cute L - something that soon became obvious the the writers as well, so they had to introduce the Romulans instead :o) And somehow I like capitalists that won't hide that they're in it for the money LOL

The Ferengi remind me of Ross Perot. Short, big-eared money-grubbers. ;-)
