All, UTC is absolutely making me scream and spit at the moment. I have installed all of the plugins and updates (there are 4 updates at DW's site), but it is still point-blank refusing to let me copy any V2 textures. Attached is an image which illustrates this problem. As you can see, the Convert button is grayed out. For the life of me, I can't understand why. Any help appreciated. thanks, Andrew

Please check your output options, i see on your image, that the height of the output images is set to 0, then it cant work

You are absolutely right, this has fixed the problem. I didn't see this.

Thanks, it was a bit weird that it was set to 0 in the first place....

It's because the checkbox "Auto-calculate output ratio" in the output options tab is automatically set.

Uncheck it and it'll not do that.

I don't know how to turn off that checkbox permanently, though.

Hmmm ... it also looks like you've selected Michael instead of Victoria for the original texture. There are differences in the layout, so it won't convert properly ... switch the source texture to Victoria for proper conversion of that texture.

Oops, yes. You are right. It was nevertheless behaving in the same way when I selected V2 for that texture.
