Hi Everybody! I got a damn problem with my POSER. Im using Poser 5 for more than a year now. I always had Windows 2000 in use as OS, but shortly changed to WinXP. I installed Poser completely new. but always when im playing with the morphs or when im posing the fig, windows shuts down and starts new. What am i doing wrong? Can somebody help me?? I never had that problem before in windows 2000! Bye and thx Stef

Couple suggestions - Before anything else, run an good antivirus on your system. They've been known to cause that kind of behavior. Next most likely, I'd consider a problem with the power supply, or overheating. Next re-install all your hardware drivers and make sure they're the most recent versions. . . . just a couple things I'd check if I had such a symptom. Hope it's something relatively simple - If it's something like a bad memory chip, it could be very elusive to track down.

I'd also check your RAM. I had a similar problem, turns out it was a bad stick of RAM. The reason it didn't start happening until I installed XP is that XP is more sensitive to bad RAM than earlier OS's.
