Well........................... I'm not a huge fan of people posting the "hey look what I made" type stuff here. Because it really doesn't help anybody of us here. That's what the galleries are for. But...........It's different when that same stuff is going to be posted somewhere for the rest of us to download. And I'm glad to see that kinda stuff. Can you imagine having to go to each web site every day to check for anything new? Yikkes! ScottA
I like to see what others are doing regardless if it's for sale or not. Besides, after awhile you learn who promotes that way & you can avoid the post if you want. I'm sure that the the people selling "stuff" don't intend to offend anyone and most have/do free stuff also. Seems fair to allow people to show-off their items as long as the're offering advice & freebies.
I do like to see some of the "Hey look at this" stuff, when it inspires me to try something (or at least try to figure it out), or when it's really amusing... It's also kind of inspires me to get good enough that maybe I could put something together good enough to sell someday (at the moment I'm playing with creations that have so much Zygote and everyone else in them that I'm afraid to GIVE them away much less sell them! I think I need a friggin' lawyer first! Or maybe I'll wait until I put something together entirely from scratch (working on that, actually...)

I think that nowadays this forum seems to be just an advertising forum, loaded with very slow loading image pages to show rendering results or latest-item-for-sale adverts. Shouldn't there be a special forum for that kind of messages? Think about it! Jelli
