Had this smart ass idea. I thought I could just click and render this one. I was thinking of setting it in the moon light but there's no good presets for this. I want to finish this pic, but I don't care enough about it to fiddle with the lighting. If anyone knows of a way I should light this pic, or any thing else wrong with it, please let me know. Known issues with quick fixes: Missing pubic hair (it's there, just a tad in) Too much ambience in her eyes The blood dripping from the creepers is white Anyone else?

Not something wrong, but I'd like to see a little plume of smoke rising from the barrel of each gun.

tjohn, I meant to do that. Thanks for the reminder. Got annoyed after I finished texturing and couldn't figure out the lighting.

I'd use a 1/4-spheric light dome to illuminate the scene in order to give more ambience to the overall image... and if you want a night scene you can set the lights blue.

Vasquez - I thought about a light dome. I think Im going to stick with just a few soft lights to diffuse the shadows on the girl. Might try turning off shadows globally to lighten the inside of the barn. Light domes just scare me for some reason.

Drac - (assuming a moon lit scene) You cant tell me that youve never been sleeping naked when you heard a noise in the barn, so you grab youre gun belt and your hat As for the textures, dont tell anyone but I didnt make them. Technically. Theyre all picture textures with adjusted mat settings. Although I did find the settings and really like the look it gives a figure.

Vasquez again - At that resolution, I think a light dome is overkill, adjusting the sky settings and a couple of well placed fill lights usually works. Besides, the picture textures push this file over 200Mb, I really dont want to slow it down anymore.

rj001 - But the whole point of a gun is to avoid having to get close enough to get splattered. I do think Ill add some around the top window.

Most of my pictures have featured a just short of naked girl. I originally had panties on this one. Couldnt get it to look right when I was adjusting the textures, finally decided it was the contrast between the girly undies and the hefty gunbelt, so I lost the undies. Theres some line in my head, where nudity becomes tasteless in most cases. After I put the pubic hair back, and get the lighting fixed, I dont think itll be so blatant. This is not a new direction Im taking my work in, just killing an idea so I can move on.

Looks cool. I would add some more blood and take out that blue haze in the background. Yeah you get some haze in the distance but not that close. Aliens could use some weapons too. You can't really shoot an unarmed man or alien. Don't see too many western sci fi pictures. It an interesting genre. Anyone want to do Gunsmoke 2050?

No offense taken I just calls em like I sees em. Now pour me a nother whiskey as I think about at least some smoke rising from the barrels...
