I paid for 2 new purchases this morning. I have my paypal receipt. I have been waiting for over 4 hours to download them. Do you think someone could please take care of this? Thank you.

It is now 8 hours since I purchased, 6 hours since I sent an email to the supposed 7 days a week customer support and 4 hours since I posted a request for help here. This is support???? Am not a happy camper.

I just paid with paypal, I also have the receipt, Why cant I download, it ays waiting on payment! ( not a happy camper here either!)

I'm very sorry for the delay. It appears that we didnt receive notification from Paypal for either of these orders. This would have enabled the downloads. Your downloads are now available. Thanks for shopping at Renderosity. :) Clint

my download is also not available, although i paid with paypal

this seems to be a common problem, I paid for something last night with paypal, and I still can't download. (still a happy camper tho, I know it'll be fixed ;))

Mariamus, Your all set. It appears Paypal didnt notify us of the payment. Sorry for the delay. ashidate, Your a First Time Buyer. "First time buyers (Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal) 1) Credit or Debit card. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to the Store E-Mail." You can send the requested information to store@renderosity.com. The above informaiton is located in the Customer Support FAQ, On the Check out page and in your E-Mail receipt. Clint

I purchased ~AS-Tailhair V2, V3, SP~ with paypal...got my reciept....got confirmation e-mail and when I follwed the link...the download spot is empty. Can someone please help me with this??? Sara
