Hi Is it possible to convert a texture made for a V2 model to V3 ? And "vice versa" ?

Ultimate Texture Converter. Can also handle Mike 1/2/3, Stephanie Petite, Stephanie, and the Freak. I've been using this program since it came out and yes, it does work, though some things may need a touch up or redo on the base texture. It's also very handy on Tattoo's considering the back seam on the Mil3 figures. As an example I placed this on a V2 texture, converted it in UTC to V3 and voila`. Ok, not 100% perfect but hey, it's a workaround to handeling the V3 seam

I have this utility but I do not have the Mike 1/2/3 option... it is a different plug in? Thank you in advance for your answer.
