Based upon my own experience, Polymage's customer service is first-class.
I had a small problem after an order that I made at PM a while back.
I sent an e-mail concerning the difficulty to Polymage -- PM responded to me quickly, and with a good result.
You can't ask for more than that.
I was just talking to you and then I see this damn!!! you scared me LOL. Glad to hear the problems have been worked out.

Wheww...had me worried for a moment there! :) Now that I finally got around to spending some more money in your shop, I sure didn't want to see it gone! I second the comments about your service. I had no problems at all purchasing the Elle products, DC's hair or even Esmeralda (my first purchase way back when). I'm sure all will continue to go well :) Didn't get "Girl", but I'll bet you'll come up with something I can't live without ! :)
