Hi roccoccos, I'm sorry that you're having problems with the product. I just went and looked in the MarketPlace at this product, and it seems it was created for the original Michael. Are you trying to use it on M2 or M3? If so that would be the case. Sorry the merchant is not getting back with you. Deb

Hello Debbie, It seems like last week wasn't meant to be "the one" that would put a stop to my 100% customer satisfaction :-( The product "Balla Colthing Pack 1" by Bigballa111cmb, $8.00 seems to be incomplete or is not compatible with what I have. I haven't been able to contact the vendor, as the e-mail address included in the "Read me" file is not valid. My attempt at sending him a secon e-mail through renderosity also resulted in an "error" returned message. This is my fourth attempt at letting you guys know, but it must be a busy time of the month.
