That's pretty much straight out of bryce though, I need to get the blood to look better. no idea how, maybe add some more reflection too it because it looks sort of painted right now. and the shadows from the light which happen to trace a perfect arc along it don't help. All in all I learned a lot about UV mapping some pretty annoying surfaces from this though...
The scariest thing here is how good you are, Ornlu. :^)
This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

doom3 is awesome! (as far as the graphics and sound are concerned). Gameplay is pretty bleh, gets old and tiring shooting the same poorly scripted AI monsters after a while. Still worth checking it out, cause the presentation of it is just amazing. And if you like multiplayer, dont buy this game ok, review over...looks good Ornlu!
My biggest suprise was that in the game we have found a way to create unlimited amounts of energy and other amazing technological advancements. And yet we still haven't found out how to tape a flashlight to a rifle or hold it.. while holding a pistol. The AI was pretty bad too. They'll pretty much just charge you no matter what. Not very intelligent. Far cry was much better imho.

I had an e-mail from Amazon a week ago saying Doom was on its way, but so far it hasn't shown up :o( Agree with tjohn, this is scarily good. Ilike the touches like the missing floor-tiles. Apart from that the floor looks a bit good to be in such a grungy basement-type corridor. It's a mystery to me what all that silvery stuff on the floor is............
