Having purchases several items from the store previously, I was surprised to download a "securedownload .ez" file when I purchased the four seasons texture pac. What am I supposed to do with it ? I can't/don't know how to use it use it. It's useless as it is

It sounds like your browser didn't recognize the file name that was sent, and defaulted to the current web page name. The name of that file is "seasons.zip" and it should be 10,483,368 bytes long. If that file size matches what is on your drive, you should be able to just rename it and unzip it. Else, you can return to that product in the store and download it for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Let us know if you have any further problems.
