Maconverter works on my box. Poser 5 will read the files that Maconverter makes and make png's for preview. There is also another utility, sold at www.poserpro.com "Poser5 for Mac - converter" that will make png's out of rsr's and also fix those blank png's that you get sometimes. I don't have it, I only have an alpha version of it that was in the Macintosh forum here a while back. Macinstaller: This one won't work for me and I don't know of any other program that does the same thing. Maconstructor works fine. There's also RTEJava for rte-encoded stuff. There is a port of Objaction Mover for pcf-encoded stuff. UVMapper Classic for OSX.

OOps my bad.. Mac Converter works... Mac installer does not... and it's be great to not have to install everything by hand. I'd be happy to pay a small amount for an app that would install everything for me... I suppose I might be able to create an apple script??? What are all the other Mac P5 OSX users out there doing??? - SD

The solution is to put a copy of the poser 4 or poser pro pack app into the poser 5 folder. Then use the "Change Poser" in the file menu and locate the poser 4 app in the poser 5 folder. Macinstaller only looks for the poser 4 app and not any of its related files. The poser files wiil then be installed in the main runtime of the poser 5 folder. - Wander
