Subject: Thumbnail sizes

Some thumbnails are as large as 128k. I have to really work to get them under 15k like the upload wants. How can I use larger thumbnails? I know it is possible because of the larger thumbnails that are put up!

If you have photoshop 7...you can save for web and then lower the quality until it becomes 15K...also it's best if you crop to a section of the picture rather than just resize the whole image...I hope that works for you...Jenn

Great answer Jenn Also, Please keep in mind when you save in JPG with Photoshop [without using the Save For Web feature], Photoshop always adds additional pixels - Just one of those off Photoshop features that has to do with embedding thumbnails in the Photoshop jpg files. Dee-Marie
