Just a suggestion. This may not be the forums approved method, but for quick dirty methods, I blue screened my animated Poser characters and then composited the Bryce image using Premiere. I was able to get away with using this technique when some secenes were not critical and I did not have to be concerned with ground shadows and detail alignment. Cliff
So, if I understand this right, I then import each different Poser mesh into my Bryce file at the same corresponding second (i.e. Poser mesh from second 3 of Poser animation to Bryce file at second 3 of Bryce animation file), replacing the previously imported Poser file? I just want to make sure I have this right before I start the timely process. ;) Thanks, Ed!!! Mike
Another work around, depending on your situation, might be to render your bryce animation first, then import it into poser before setting up the poser animation. I know this works on the Mac. If you judiciously stroyboard ahead of time it would make this technique easier. The advantage to this is that you can set up keyframes right over the Bryce movie, making synching a little easier. Now if you Have to have the character(s) walk behind a brycy object, you will need to import that object into Poser, which might be problematic depending on the situation. In that case you could do a seperate Bryce animation with the solo renderer and use Premier to composite it after the initial Bryce movie in Poser rendering.
You need to set your Bryce animation to the same number of frames per second. Poser will export a mesh from each frame for the character(s). If your animation in Poser is say 30 frames you will end up with 30 sequenced meshes starting at 001 to 030. You then need to import each mesh into Bryce and position the mesh, add the textures, etc . That's what I mean by a long hard process. Ed

i need to get my poser animations into my bryce animations. can anyone please help me?
