Hi all, I hope someone can help with this. I can view the Marketplace just fine but for everything else I get the following message: You are not authorized to view this page You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-mail address or phone number that may be listed on the www.renderosity.com home page. You can click Search to look for information on the Internet. HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden Internet Explorer Now I recently installed service pack update 1 for MS XP. If this is the problem, can anyone help me fix it. My (Norton) firewall let me view this stuff before....not now. I'd hate to have to disable the firewall everytime I visit Renderosity. Thanks for any help in advance. Cheers, MikeyB

That's weird. Sounds like perhaps your IP address is blocked? I'm not saying that's what happened, but you get that kind of error message if your IP is blocked via .htaccess or in the Apache conf. Weird. bonni

Are you accepting cookies and is your system date/time correct?

I think the market place is on different servers to the galleries, so that might explain why you can only access part of the site. Not much help, I know, but it assist in narrowing done the problem.
