Hello,

I wanted to play with the freebie hippogriff based on the DAZ eagle and another gryphon freebie.

The necessary files for this old freebie seem scattered across the net. Ive been unable to find

Lyne's Eagle-Raven map

which is described as a free item, although it didnt specify the details of distribution. I looked around two sites said to have the file but came up with zilch. If anyone knows if this is redistributable and has it, please respond if you dont mind letting me have it. Im also missing what appear to be old horse texture maps that the hippogriff calls on:

textureMap "P:poserRuntimetexturesAnimalsHorsedarkbayTex.jpg"

This is in the "recommended files" list but seems pretty freakin necessary......

This is an Alla texture but no longer in the freestuff here as the readme says (old readme, not its fault)

Has anyone worked with the hippogriff and griffon? I would love to get the necessary files as long as they are redistributable and check out this freebie. Ive already the DAZ eagle so im set there.

Thank you genny, I got the Zygote Eagle Morph (Raven) and the Zygote Eagle Black Map Which I think will take care of the map. If I can find out what the story with the Alla horse textures is ill be set. Hopefully they are from a free item set Logan

Hi xantor :) The promo pics are there, but not the texures themselves yet. Sounds like a drag what happened to the site. Ill keep checking periodically till the items return. Say do you know how the heck to decode a .uvs file with UVMapper? Now ive gotta do THAT to use this freebie as well and I cant find instructions at the uvmapper site.... Logan

Hi Logan, I just got your email and i have uploaded the dapple texture to the download centre. The others will follow soon :) The site rebuild is taking much longer than I anticipated as I installed the latest version of the forum software only to find out that the hacks and mods that I used to customise my old forum haven't yet all been ported over, and I got a bit fed up with trying to get them all sorted out. while the Bay texture is listed as "recommended" its actually called as the default texture file by the HippoGriff.cr2:

textureMap "P:poserRuntimetexturesAnimalsHorsedarkbayTex.jpg"

I know that I can edit this .cr2 to point to the file you already upladaed, but may I trouble you to upload the darkbayTex.jpg for me please? Id really like to see this freebie in its original default form :)
