Subject: I can't put my product on sale! Please help me!

I'm a new merchant, and my first product has just been approved, and is available in the marketplace, but I can't put it onsale! I tried going to "store accounting", but it says I'm not a merchant, but yet I am! Can someone change this info on my account, so that I'm able to put my product on sale? Thanks in advance!
