Subject: Renderosity Magazine Subscription Conversion never happened

Back on December 8th, 2003 I received this email from renderosity: This email/IM is regarding the Renderosity Magazine subscription. This is being sent to subscribers who are due a final issue of 9 (Due $6), 10 (Due $12), and/or 11 (Due $18). As of Issue 8, we will no longer be printing the quarterly magazine. Starting March 2004, we will be launching the Renderosity Interactive Magazine that will be subscription based. This interactive magazine will provide the same great content as the printed magazine, with the introduction of innovative interactive features. Please select which option you would prefer in handling the remaining balance to your subscription. 1. A years subscription to the Renderosity Interactive Magazine with no additional cost to you. 2. Gift Certificate of the remaining balance listed above. 3. Refund of the remaining balance listed above. Please let us know by emailing mag@renderosity.com which of the above options you would prefer. If we have not heard from you by January 31, 2004, we will automatically give you access to the new Renderosity Interactive Magazine for a year at no additional cost to you. We appreciate and thank you for your continued support to the Renderosity community and the Renderosity Magazine. Sincerely, The Renderosity Magazine Team. What ever happened to this? I have never received any information about Having access to Renderosity Interactive Magazine. Can someone assist me with this?

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I can understand your concern. That email should have only gone out to subscribers that had issues remaining on their subscription, and we really apologize for the confusion that it caused for others who received it. According to our records, you had a one year subscription that started in August of 2002, which means you should have received four print issues, and that would have fully completed your subscription. The above email would not, therefore, have applied to you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or would like additional information regarding The RIM.
