Some may remember the little wooden footbridge from my old Yashika fsx camera. Today I went back to catch it on Sony digital. Here are the original and the current footbridge, and why you should never try and 'go back'. The change has saddened me.

Then and now, progress can be a cruel thing sometimes. The original is a wonderful bridge with lots of character; the new one is just a bridge.

Rather sad to see the change.... like LostPatrol said, now it's just a bridge.
