Yeah in order for the RealModeller to create figure meshes from photos you need the subject to be in at least three photos from different angles so the software can calculate the objects 'physical' parameters. The more photos you have of your subject from different angles the more precise the final mesh will be. The rest of the RealVIZ series deals with post production work mostly on full motion imaging and editing.
I just got it the other day. It's a cool little program that make things very simple when it comes to modeling real-world objects. I don't think it's really all that great for creating humans that you want to animate though. It's better to use it for stand-in purposes or objects that don't require a lot of movement. You would have to modify the mesh to make it animatable. You would be better off creating your own human mesh the good-old-fashioned way.
