A few have asked about my sloppy 2x4 construction method using lattices. They're made with panels, not individual sticks. To make a four sided tower, I duplicate one panel, reverse it for the backside, then dupe the pair and turn then 90 degrees for the right and left side.

Both tuts are full of great tips. Thanks! I didn't know about ctrl+s - I normally use Gaussian Blur on lattice drawings in PhotoShop, but ctrl+s is much easier.
