If you are using the demo you'll have to purchase the full version to get that file. If you have the full version of Poser 4 (not Pro Pack or Poser 5) and have received the message that the geometry is corrupt go to the Curious LabsPoser 4RuntimeGeometriesP4NudeWoman directory and delete the file P4NudeWom.RSR . The file P4NudeWom.OBJ should also be there in the directory. Deleting the resource file forces Poser to read the original OBJ geometry file.

If you are using DAZ|Studio and are trying to use a figure based on the Poser 4 Nude Woman, I'm afraid you are stuck.

As RHaseltine suggests, it would help if we knew which program you were trying to make work. And, as others have suggested, a reinstallation might be necessary. After a clean install, you can set some files to "read only" so that they don't get corrupted and unfindable.
