Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 20 7:34 am)
If your poser 4 is located under MetaCreations then you'll probably need to locate poser.exe there when loading the pro pack addon.
The curiouslabs folder is an empty one that was put there by a product installer most likely.
If your main poser program is the original MetaCreations then install to poser 4 folder under there.
Hmmm. How about renaming the Metacreations folder to Curious Labs instead and try that? You'll need to create a new shortcut on your desktop though. Just do that from Windows Explorer once you've made the change. I'm just guessing here by the way, don't shoot me if it doesn't work LOL

I have a problem getting the automatic placement of file to find Curious Labs file to load into. I can place files manually but not with the automatics zip. Maybe I should say more to the point, I can't get the Service ProPack Release 3. When I try to install it, it keeps saying it can't find a valid Poser Pro ProPack installation. Same thing when I try to import a Pz3 into Vue 4 with Mover. It says it can't find Curious Labs. When I try to direct it to the Medecreations folder, it doesn't work which way I try to load it. Threw Medecreations, or Curious Labs, I can import a 3ds file into Vue. But cannot import Poser . When I load Poser form scratch into my computer, Poser 4 goes like this. C/Program files/Medecreations/Poser 4/Runtime Then when I load the Pro Pack it automaticly loads then when I search the files location it shows up as, C/Program files/Curious Labs/Poser 4/ Blank (nothing there) Now I'm confused isn't the runtime files supose to be in the 2nd setup (Curious Labs)?
