Hi, I've been working for a while, now, trying to find a cape for Ororo Munroe's poser counterpart. Something like this. -.- http://www.mcwyman.com/gallery/colorstorm.JPG I can't find anything like it...

Xena has some cool capes at Poserpros.com Dave71 has a morphing cape at runtimedna.com Both are for a variety of DAZ people

Unfortunately, they're not the right styles. Ororo's cape is a 'wing' type cape. It's attatched to her wrists and is a curved style from body to wrist.

If the cape was a figure, it'd have the same problem as membranous wings and also dresses. To do it the logical way, some part somewhere would have to have two parents, which Poser doesn't allow. There are work-arounds, but... I bet it could be done as dynamic cloth, though. I'd love to see that.

Yup, a Poser nightmare that cape (the one in the image). I was going to make it, and it worked fine in mesh, but once ported to Pro Pack I couldn't figure a way to bone it for maximum usage. There were enough glitches that I'd never release it. I might go back to it someday as I now know more about jp setup. I imagine it'd be just the sort of thing that would work extremely well with Poser 5 and the dynamic cloth system. You could attach the neck and wrist areas and have the cape part as dynamic. Hopefully a Poser 5 person will figure it out for you Khrys :)

I'd imagine that if it was set up into multiple pieces (so that it bent with the arms) and then had, say, body handles, it'd be able to work. I, personally, despise the dynamic cloth system, because it always goofs up on me.

Get me a mesh, and I can do it.

thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)

I'd love to see that outfit for P4 Pro! I too fear the cloth room! LOL!
