Can someone go through the basics of creating a realistic tornado? Are there any tutorials out there for these? I've looked and couldn't find any.

Do a member search for johnyf,....as I recall he did a nice tornado image in Bryce awhile ago,.....maybe he'll tell you how he did it.

As I understand it (according to chaos theory), you need to be a butterfly somewhere in the Amazon. Then flap your wings. Either hurricane, tornado or nice balmy weather will result. (So flap twice, just to make sure..:-)) Sorry, flippancy (flappery?). I'll shut up now... Cheers, Diolma
