I am looking for someone who could do a simplified house model based on the Smoky Mountain Mansion. Just the overall shape is fine. Textures aren't necessary. Interiors aren't necessary.

Even though it's called the Smoky Mountain Mansion, it's not sprawling like one might think when they hear the word 'mansion.' It's a 12-room rental.
