yes, with a caveat. The core P5 runtime would be installed with P5, and you cannot install one over the top of the other. You would then, in P5, point an alterante runtime to your P4 runtime. You would not, however, have access to your p5 files from inside Poser 4
thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)
The easiest way to do it is to install all of your third party purchases in the Poser 4 Runtime, unless they are P5 specific (dynamic hair or clothing, for example). Poser 5 will then allow you to use the "Add New Runtime" library command to use your Poser 4 libraries within Poser 5 as well.

Hi all, I have a question (obviously, otherwise I would not post here, right? Stupid...) Is it possible to install P4 and P5 simultaneously and have them both sharing: - the textures folder; - the geometries folder and - if possible - - the libraries folder (yes, I know that for P5 it is possible to use an advanced library system)? I'm asking this question because my 'programs' hard drive would serious space issues if I had to double all these folders - the current P4 installation has 3.5 GIG... Currently, I am only using P4, but I would, well, somewhat love to have P5, but lack the space on the disk, if I wanted both programs to be able to use the same characters, textures et al... Any input on that subject? TIA & best wishes, Sabine
