I figured it out- you have to turn off your download accelorator No, that's not it. I don't have a download accelerator and anyway, I get that message before I try to download anything. I get it when I click on LIMITED. Grrr!

Nontroppo, I am using straight Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180 (latest). What are you using?

Mozilla Firefox... but just tried with IE 6.0.2800.1106 and it's the same problem.

This is wierd ... I could access the page and download it alright from my desktop computer, but I get the error when trying from my laptop. Both run Internet Explorer and use the same internet connection.

I can't get in either as it says I don't have permission. I was asked if I wanted to run the Japanese Installer program and I said no so perhaps that's the reason? :)

If you are running Zone Alarm Pro (perhaps the freebie has this too), in custom privacy section, cookies tab, uncheck "Remove private header information" under the 3rd party cookies section. After I unchecked this, I got in but before I got the same no permission message you have mentioned here.

When you are done visiting the site, you can turn it back on.
