there was another one -kosiburo or something? He was the first to do the transmapped hair a while ago

You probably mean the Poser Factory. Check out these websites, there is lots of interesting stuff here...

Darn -thats not it either -the one I remmeber had a tutorial on creating trans-mapped hair and some really beautiful stuff. He was like the first one to do the trans mapped hair and he did this trans map for these really beautiful leotards and stuff

That's Kozaburo and he IS at Poser Factory--but they have redone that site and you may have to look around quite a bit.
