Subject: walk path floats

I put in a poser figure, do a walk path, do walk designer, apply it and my figure pops up 10 feet in the air. Really bothersome. If someone can tell me why, I would appreciate it. I have already thrown out the poser prefs and restarted poser.

which figure did you use?

standard poser figure (male casual) but problem is with all characters within Poser 5.

Do you have the service release 3 figures? The walk designer compatibility problem was supposed to be fixed with them. You should get the poser 5 service release 4 too, if you don`t already have it.
