I know the image you are talking about. The censored stamp was a perfect touch that made a statement and the updated version made your statement more profound. I have noticed that there have been many artists that have been able to get away with sexual and violent themes. I don't get why these people manage to get away with this. Maybe they kiss the right ass. Possible the admins need to either A. revamp the TOS or B. make it apply to all and not just a select few.
Many years ago, some guys who were involved here split off into another site called Renderotica (no links, please) in an attempt to address this issue. I agree with that approach: render unto the adult site that which is adult content. People will still try to post such items here, but maybe it's because they don't know about the adult site. Enforcement will always seem uneven and unfair, but it's actually complaint-based. If they don't see it and don't know about it, they can't enforce anything.
The reason's your image was removed was included in the email you recieved. You are free to contact Spike or anyother Admins for a review of this matter. SndCastie Poser Moderator

The reason my image was removed is not clear because all the reasons given were clearly COVERED by a huge Censored Stamp!!! I did post over at Renderotica thank you. At least we can be a little creative and naughty with out the perverable "Slap on the hand". Not that I'm naming names, just for example: BlueBeard's gallery "In Control", "Reward" and "Next". What about RomanceWORKS - "Jungle Fever" & "Jungle Fever Two" Clearly sexual. According to your "reasons" mine was deleteted - these also clearly violate the TOS. At least mine was covered!! See my confusion to your "reasons". The TOS states and one of the reasons mine was deleted - - "No Explicit sexual content [No manipulation of breasts/nipples/ no sexual situations/ no implied sexual acts/ no extreme or explicit S&M bondage situations/ no lewd or obscene sexual references] " How about edmundo_kalashnikov's gallery - "Razor's House", that is clearly torchure. And Terrace-tenmou's "Man Eat Dragon", blood & gore & "Wrapping" sadistic pleasure Again the TOS states - "No Torture [defined as: the infliction of intense pain (as from burning, crushing, wounding, crucifixion) to punish, coerce, or afford sadistic pleasure]" Where are the lines drawn? Whether or not it is good or bad artwork, there is clearly discrimination here.
I had an image removed once as well because they thought the lady's hand was too close to the guy's crotch. I did the following 2 pictures in rebellion: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=536648&Start=19&Artist=PapaBlueMarlin&ByArtist=Yes http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=541901&Start=19&Artist=PapaBlueMarlin&ByArtist=Yes

I had an image deleted that in no way violated the TOS. Yes it was a sexual picture, but there was an opaque Censored stamp over anything that violated the TOS. There was nothing "showing". There have been many images of two women together touching each others breasts that have been allowed to stay. There have been plenty of bloody, sexual, torture filled, tastless art that has been allowed to stay. Does the TOS apply only "lowly" artists? Is it fair?
