Subject: two members, same puter. Is this allowed?

I hope this is the right place to ask this. While I am working in traditional media, my girlfriend is working/playing with my puter and apps, and she's really talented. Question: can she become a member of this community, using the same puter as I do, meaning same ip number etc...? Is this allowed? I know there are many sites where only one log-in per ip adress is allowed, so I'd better ask. I'm eventually willing to let her take my place if necessary, only: I pay for the items bought in the marketplace. thanks.

I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now I'll be mad. (Rumi)

I think you can have more than one account here. However I'm sure the Admin will clarify more on this soon. smile

I would hope so I mean my mate and my best friend have accounts here and we all either use my home puter or the puter at our studio to work on or browse. I couldnt imagine them -not- letting a couple of heck family use one puter for membership.

My husband has an account here and he sometimes logs on from my computer (and therefore my IP address). Also, sometimes an entire household will have the same IP address, even if they don't use the same computer (due to having a central router, for example). Some ISPs use method of firewalling that makes it look like all their users have the same IP address, as well. In other words, there are lots and lots of reasons for different users to have the same IP address. I don't think it's a problem here. ;-) bonni

Thanks all! In case a problem should arise: I asked, and no one said no. So I'll tell her she can become a member so she can post (if she wants to).

Me and my daughter (a.k.a. "posette") both have accounts here, and for a while before she moved out on her own she accessed her account from my computer.
