I am using the universal texture converter to convert the beautiful V3 Milla texture to V2. But am getting this checkerboard pattern on some of the seems. Can anyone help me with this?

I've got several that have entire sections of the body missing...just big blank places and when I check the .jpg half of the image is missing...I wonder if this is the same problem?

It sounds like you both might need the updates for universal texture converter ( updates available at the link ) You might need to be a member of the site to download the updates, but membership is free.

Nope...no membership needed, and thanks for the tip, xantor! Downloading even as I type this...

I updated UTC with SR 1 version 1.1.0. After testing I found the same problem. Checkerboard on the medial right upper thigh. It was most prominent in the Milla character but present also with other conversions. I fixed them in Photoshop, but it would have been easier to have it done right to begin with. Cedarwolf let me know if it works for you. Thanks

LanceB did you install the V1/2/3 Plugin Update? You will probably need that, as well as the sr 1.

I already had the newer version with the update. I'm only getting the checker board pattern in one area, I may have to live with that.

I installed both and still have the problem. I did a test conversion and the lower third of the body didn't convert...it's an odd green color instead.

There shouldnt be any problems with the updated versions of the program. Maybe you could e-mail dark whisper at 3d universe and tell him about it, he might know what is wrong?

Okie Dokie...I'll do that. Thanks.
