In the end, the pack will contain these buildings;Hospital,Police dept,Fire dept,Residential blocks,Industrial blocks, and Commercial blocks. And there will be vehicles for the stuff too(cop ship, ect). I want to add a stupid amount of working parts.....but that may be pushing it as far as the set up time.Anyway, the look and feel should be more happy future, than the normal dirty, corrupt type.

Can I suggest a coupla things? 1. The hospital looks to me like it should have a roadway/ramp running up to that first-level area. 2. A helicopter pad for the hospital, either on the roof or nearby. 3. Modules of textured roadway, straight, curved, crossroads, textured ready to be dropped in. 4. Modules of green areas.
For the roads, do you mean like lego's sorta, where the sizes all match up for infinite road designs/possibilitys? I will do that, it sounds fun. I'll put some ramps on the hospital too.But those red ledges in front of the openings are for hover ambulances, so no helicopters.I think I'll add a pad somewhere though. When you say "Modules of green areas", do mean parks?

I like the idea, i'm always on the look out for sci-fi buildings but if i may make a suggestion for the first one. Sink the roof gardens down a bit so they have a wall going around them, the idea you have looks good but it might look better with a bit of a wall. I agree with pogmahone on what was said for the hospital and i think the idea for the green areas is like lawn areas around a hospital.

Re green areas - you know the way, when you look at an aerial map of a city, there's green areas and parks scattered about. Above is a link to map of New York, if you zoom in on an area you'll see regular-shaped parks. Working in a modular way is a lot of fun. You could start with a base-unit, then everything relates to that so that it can be assembled, as you say, like a lego set. You could have one-third and one-quarter sized units as well, which could be slotted together to form one unit. These look great and I wouldn't change them. They have enough going for them and leave us enough scope to put our own mark on them. We could add the railings and road-ramps ourselves. Looking good so far!
