How to create realistic stars from scratch in Vue 3.1 ?

The best route imho would be to observe how the 'Full moon light' atmo is constructed..

The stars are in fact a cloud layer with a variable transparency procedural texture linked to a dot function.
You can try other functions, even try a mapped picture (B/W real sky image..)in place of the procedural.
