Subject: koz hair problems

I have used Koz hair before without any problems but lately when I try and use them I get an error message telling me that this is not a proper poser file. It won't let me use the hair. Has anyone else had this happen and if so what did youdo to fix it?

Never happened to me, but since the Kozoburo (spelling?) hair is free, why not download and re-install the file again?

Have you been looking at the hr2 or cr2 file in a text editor? The only time I got this error was after I edited a cr2 file and ended up with a bracket in the wrong place. Or, if you looked at in in Word, some formatting might have been added (page breaks, or something). Resave as a .txt file and then manually change the suffix to cr2 or hr2, depending on which Koz made it. I think most of his stuff is hr2.

I think this happened to me once when I installed some things from the 'Extra's' folder (rather than the runtime folder) contained in the ZIP archive of one of Koz's hair figures. It was fixed when I reinstalled the files from the runtime folder.

That happened to me too. The problem was that I installed the Mac version instead of the windows one. Reinstall and avoid unziping the "Mac files". (or viceversa if you use a Mac). Hope this helps :)
