I am learning how to paint clothing now and I remember seeing a free clothing wrinkle brush but can't remember where...can anyone help?

DreamSuite has Wrinkle brush/plugin that's part of the DreamSuite Series Two product but it's not free ($149US). You can get it as a "stand-alone" for like $50. not so sure about a "free brush", maybe others know...

You can get the same effect as DreamSuite's Wrinkle if you follow the tutorial in the link. And it's free! The Distort/Displace tool is the key.
