Heloo:
Gurami and I have a request, I guess you'd call it.
As there are so few writers in this forum, may we enter the next challenge, not as potential vote getters, but just as
a couple of writers who want to be part of the fun?
Our entries would not be eligible for winning.
At all.
Under any circumstances.
If anyone were to vote for us, we would take away all their pronouns, and certain adverbs.
Maybe some gerunds, as well, just to set an example.
And they would have to write all future stories in pencil.
On their computer screens.
Harsh, but fair, I think.
Let me know your thoughts.

p.s. Gurami and I are communicating about the next theme.
He's very busy at work, which is where he has access to the internet. His home line is down, I guess.

Frankly, I wouldn't have any problem with you entering your own challenge (it's not like you win anything but congratulations at the end of it). But, to be honest, it's not my forum to make a decision for (I bet you thought I had some influence around, didn't you....tsk, tsk). I do think the group should let GonWaki know (by IM if they are concerned about posting) if they have a problem with this, or if it is agreeable to them. Just a thought.

Anyone is welcome to post a challenge at any time for the entire forum. Other forums can be included as well, so don't feel the need to limit it only to writers. In other words, go for it!
