I'm not complaining or something, Pog, but I HATE WATERMARKS !!! :)

When they do something like Vue and Cinema4D have (limited rendering resolution as the ONLY limitation) I might go for it, cannot help it, I'm that stubborn :P

Nice offer for peeps who do not mind watermarks :)

P.S. No save either except scene format made exclusively for learning edition ! :(

Ah, glad I put the credit card back in the wallet until I found out if it was save-disabled or watermarked. I thought maybe it might limit render size, something like that. How big a watermark, do you know?

You can download the learning edition (which I'm doing) for free. Edit - With that watermark though... Bah, got bandwidth to burn :)

That was like 2002, now, they have "improved" watermark little bit more transparent and the one which use to be in wireframe mode is removed ! :)

Don't know what I was thinking about, anyway - I was lucky enough to get a copy of Cinema4D CE 6, and I'm finding that enough of a challenge right now :^)

I think they even offered it on one of those British mags, I just don't 'do' watermarks..;)

It's an INCREDIBLE learning tool. Especially if you're just starting out. Sure you can't save and there's watermarks, but its Learning Edition, made for you to LEARN. Although don't pay for it. You can just pay $15 for one of those Magazines, which contain it on the CD. I've seen 2 or 3 with them on the cover CD. I think the PLE is a great tool, because you can use it unlimited to learn, instead of being able to show off amateurish practice renders.

hmm..the two things it would have to do is be able to make models, then export them. I think that was disabled..s'ok..the Amapi 6 edition should hit the stands late next week (we get 'em here way behind everyone else..;)
