In rebuilding my Poser libraries in my new 'puter I re-DL'ed my purchase history last night and in attempting to install them today I have run into a rash of bad files. I am hoping that you could reset those products that I have exceeded the limits on so that I may retry? Thanks in advance, steve kenny aka spider1313
