I was wondering if anybody had any advice on this one. I just posted a animated gif in the poser site, same as above image. When I access it, it looks choppy, what am I doing wrong. - Bill

By choppy I presume you mean slow? If so, check the time between frames with a giff editor. Graphic Workshop Professional's Giff Construction Set will show you how. You can change the timing there. I'm no expert at giffs, but my nine-year old son just made one and he had the same problem. He corrected it by changing the time between frames.

I just looked at your thing again--nicely done by the way. Now it's running faster. To make it look smoother try changing the original animation render to more frames per second. Leave the time frame the same. Then there will be more morphs per transistion. I would think that would make it look smoother, even if you had to slow it down in giff to get the 8 to 15 fps rate you'd want for the internet.
