Hi all, I would like to have some comments on my xmas & new year pic. Good or bad, just tell me please! Tips, suggestions, ... In the left upper corner will come an animation with xmas and new year greetings. Your critism is much appreciated! Thanks a lot. Danny

Dear Danny: You asked for it - I love everything about the picture including the rainbow - except for the sky. The purples and oranges just don't seem to go with the rest of the image. Your trees are fantastic. Jade

I don't know. I kind of like the purple & orange, really sets the rest of the picture off. Makes it stand up. But what do I know. Very nice image

When it comes to art to each his own. If Danny likes the sky he doesn't have to change it because of what I said :D I'm certainly not an expert either. :D Jade

Man!!! Can I have a copy of that sky preset??? Please??? That sky is absolutely awesome!!! I do agree with Jade, though, with the rest of the image, the sky seems somewhat out of place. Other than that, excellent image!!!

Thanks all for the comments. I already taught the sky will give some different opinions. But they are very much apreciated! Danny ps. Nodemaster, no problem. It's was a preset downloaded somewhere (can't remember) and tweaked it to this result. Will you mail me ( Danny.hermans@vrt.be ) then I could mail it to you.

The sky is really beautiful Danny - but I think you want the focus of the picture to be all the beautiful scenery in your foreground and the sky draws your eye away from that. Jade
